The famous Butz-Choquin brand was created in 1858 by Gustave Butz and Jean-Baptiste Choquin by creating their first pipe, the "Choquin pipe". Since then, the factory has moved to Saint-Claude, the world capital of briar pipes. For more than a century and a half now, Butz-Choquin has been perpetuating the tradition by manufacturing pipes by hand, each one as original and elegant as the next.

A neat, classic Billiard shape from Butz-Chonquin, this piece features old-school proportions and a long, upright, proportionally heavy bowl and tapered stem. What's more, the chamber walls are quite thick, ensuring plenty of chamber insulation. Unsmoked, though it has some dings and scratches.
