Cro-Magnon Culture
Our earliest ancestors, commonly referred to as Early Modern Humans, thrived during the European Upper Paleolithic era as long as 45,000 years ago.
Unlike their more primitive ancestors in the Early Stone Age, the Cro-Magnon left us evidence of a developed culture that included manufactured clothing, tools, art, ornamentation, weapons and rituals. The Cro- Magnon were heavy, solid and strong.
CroMagnon is inspired by the Early Modern Human. The modern cigar sub-culture carries on many of the cultural traditions of our earliest ancestors. Much like the men of the Cro-Magnon tribe, we gather as members of community, a brotherhood. In ritualistic fashion, we share our histories, our ambitions and our experience.
Rustic. Primal. Strong. CroMagnon transcends lifestyle. CroMagnon is our culture.
The CroMagnon logo is a depiction of the original artifact Cro-Magnon 1, a fossilized human skull, discovered in Les Eyzies, France by Louis Lartet in 1868.
CroMagnon is presented in two blends. The original blend features a high-priming US Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper and a filler blend consisting of a variety of Nicaraguan Criollo 98 tobaccos from Esteli, Jalapa, Pueblo Nuevo and Olor, a native varietal from the Dominican Republic.
